At SpiralBig, we provide premium digital WHOIS data feeds, newly registered domain files, and API services. Because our data files are downloadable digital goods that cannot be physically retrieved once downloaded, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the exact conditions governing billing cancellations, trial access, and refund eligibility.

1. 3-Day Free Trial & Free Sample Files

We strongly encourage all prospective users to evaluate our services before purchasing a paid subscription:

Free Sample Datasets: You can download our 100% free sample dataset directly from /free-sample without providing any credit card or billing details.
Interactive Explorer: You may inspect active parsed WHOIS record columns, formatting, and data schemas risk-free in real time.
3-Day Trial: New user accounts are eligible for our 3-day trial evaluation to confirm format compatibility with your SIEM, database, or internal pipelines.

2. Subscription Cancellation Rules

You maintain full autonomy over your subscription. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with immediate effect:

How to Cancel: Navigate to your user dashboard at /user/billing and click "Cancel Subscription".

Effect of Cancellation: Once cancelled, your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged again. You retain full access to download files and query the API through the final second of your prepaid billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

As a general rule, fees paid for completed billing cycles of digital downloadable data are non-refundable. However, we consider full or partial refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Accidental Renewal Notice	Eligible with Zero Usage	Reported within 48 hours of charge, provided zero database downloads or API queries were performed.
Buyer's Remorse After Download	Non-Refundable	Data files have already been exported or downloaded to Customer local disk.

4. Refund Processing Window

Once an eligible refund request is approved by our billing team, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment:

Razorpay (UPI / Netbanking / Indian Debit Cards): Typically credited within 3 to 7 business days.
PayPal / International Credit Cards: Typically credited within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank's card issuing cycle.
